You can also make it an infinite emerald farm, you can use the bone meal to grow Lilac, Rose Bush or Peony since they drop itself when you bone meal them, transform into dye and trade with the Shepherd. If you cure the villager, he will trade 6 dyes for 1 emerald

Let me share my opinion this farm really a master piece but there are some things you can improve by using hopper and chest for furnaces to make it automated and it would be extremely fast you can use hopper minecart to collect vines

Worked well for me for a day then stopped working. Sand keeps falling now. I broke it down and rebuilt it all over again but no change. It was useful when it worked though!
