These are the lessons I have learned to be the key to happiness and living a beautiful life. 1. Find something in every situation that you’re grateful for, write it down. 2. There is some thing likable about every person on earth find it and let them know that you like that thing about them. It will change The way they see you and possibly the way they see themselves. Even if it’s the most horrible person you’ve ever met but they have good hair let them know that you like their hair. We always get our faults and defects of character pointed out to us it’s hard not to feel positively about someone who has pointed out one of your more redeeming qualities. 3. When in doubt always act with kindness. Kindness is always the answer no matter the problem. 4. When you have more than you need, give, when you have enough, stop, when you need more, ask. If everyone did this the world would have a lot less pain and suffering. 5, Trust is the greatest gift someone can give you. Be worthy of it. .......... so to wrap it all up, what is the secret to happiness..“Fear Less, Love More” -Hillary Marek (nobody famous, just someone who thinks deeply and finally found peace and serinity after a lifetime of pain and suffering. )

@@AForEh Yes, in fact I'm not as afraid to express myself. Insisting the truth has done a lot to gain respect for myself. Choosing my battles rather than being obsessed with calling people out is also important. So in the end I learn more about myself and the truth is, you should call out people when they insist on a lie or making an assumption about you. Defend your integrity with the truth.
@AForEh4 жыл бұрын
Jean V agree with everything you said. I just found myself looking for things to call out. As much as he was helping me, I was also using him as my ammo too. I feel there are 3 stages. Pre JP, which is confusion and doubling down on ignorant shit. Then there’s bridge phase where gains are crazy under his teaching. But it’s so turbulent because you have all these changes you’re dealing with and also looking back at who you were (this is where I was looking for opportunities to call out people). And then 3rd stage is the soft landing where you’re way more aware than stage 1, and able to deal with the change too. Anyways have a great day!

Take a tally of all the things you can't make yourself do that you know you should, because we can only do a small number of things, especially if not aided by societal systems that facilitate them. And you'll see "response-ability" is a social construct. Its a BS word that we apply very arbitrarily based on shadow projection. It has no basis in reality. Its like telling everyone that they can be a good artists and also scientist and doctor and investor if they just try. Because there exist people who are all those things, so your just not being responsibile and trying hard enough. Its really just the current burn in hell you sinners philosophy.

*The reason why you don't know what yout want:* 1) You already have it. 2) You don't know yourself.
@a1lyhall4 жыл бұрын
Wanting is an all encompassing attitude. Our deepest ‘wanting’, which is really a needing, to be right. Because, from early childhood we are trained to show correct behaviour, to get loving approval, and rewards (food, delicious treats, toys). Just like we train dogs. But perhaps, our deepest right, is to experience ourselves with pure freedom. Care free, playful and quiet, and joyfully loud. This is correct behaviour. And therefore to stop wanting to be right, , one can either, always be right, or stop wanting to be right, which requires being aware for a fair length of time that the wanting attitude has vanished.

Is it possible to know what you want? I have a deep want for a life long partner. Am I meant to question that want because it's not really me or I don't know myself? Honestly just confused here

Eltyo you’re meant to realise ur deepest want is to do and be nothing, and then enjoy the opposite of wanting.

Really cool to see this channel grow. I've been there from the start and although I do not agree with some of the perspectives from the people that you name this video, I find their ideas intriguing. It's funny to see how much I've changed over a period of time when reflecting back to your channels history. When I started watching I was in this JP rabbit hole and then went into the Alan Watts rabbit hole. Both perspectives gave me a lot of insights and made me the balanced person I am today. Really grateful for your quality content that gave me the chance to explore all these perspectives.
