I noticed a lot of stuff is Manubis locked and unobtainable in Way of Winter. Currently have all the gear, just no mods and doing 5-8k dps

Dps starts low like for all weapons, but you will get there, like me! I remember when I started with my buddy, I was doing 5-6k DPS tops, he was doing almost 20k with shrapnel, now I'm doing almost twice his DPS :D

Great guide. Some extra points. Crit Boost vs Crit Amplifier: with how much CDMG is already increased from other sources, extra 5% crit rate becomes better than 15% crit damage. For easy decision, for weapon damage only, multiple total crit rate (including buffs) and total crit damage (also including all buffs), and check which mod gives higher total. Can also calculate crit damage divided by crit rate; if >3 then extra crit rate is better; if

Most of the unstable bomber builds/guides i see, recommend using the same Cradle Overrides that you've mentioned here - which is awesome - my only issue is, I don't have Series Detonation, Bounty Hunter or Anti-Regen.. from what i've read, these have been changed in the "new" servers (which i assume is what i am on haha) is that the case, or do they differ from server to server? I've only been playing since mid-last season, but have never seen these in that time. I feel as though these abilities/traits are fairly crucial for the build - especially Series Detonation.

Yeah, these cradles boost your damage significantly, but not to the point where playing without them wouldn’t make sense. I played before without these cradles and with worse gear in the Manibus scenario, and my top DPS was around 300k. So, it’s definitely possible to deal a lot of DPS even as someone with around 200 hours or less in the game.

@@AnesticTV Most dps incrase came from changing helmet mod to this one with status damage boost and fire rate, i didnt know that becuase of fateful strike i was losing dps due to no weakspot damage incrase, combined with cradle it have me like 70% of this boost, rest was from mod optimization. i stopped using resonance mods wchich were mid and farmed for violent mod wchich turned out to be better. i had only one resonance perk maybe thats why it was worse. another boost came from using hot dog food insteed of crit damage. now im focused on farming for skins to get further dps boosts. thanks

I’d recommend going for reload speed mod attributes, as frequent reloading maximizes buffs from cradles or the Lonewolf armor set. Also, use Rapid Shot for mixed damage or Precision Style for a weapon-focused Jaws build.

@@loopyq1209 Rapid Shot is great, but Precision is also very good and better for certain bosses. For open-world content and most enemies, Rapid Shot is usually the better choice. ​@@disarmundifan Not a problem. The issue isn’t using it-it’s that Jaws deals mixed damage, and popcorn only buffs part of your damage, which is around 55-65% depending on your setup. That’s not ideal. The other two options boost weapon damage and status damage, so now you know which is better. This buff will really only work well for Jaws SMG specifically.

Unstable bomber range means that your bomber range will be higher - bigger aoe wchich isn't a big deal, this stat is least usefull. Unstable bomber damage would be better than crit damage if you have allready a lot of crit damage due to diminishing returns. If you didn't watch my recent mod video guide, I advise you to watch it.

You could get the Dummy DPS higher with the Platinum Crystal Ammo by using Fortress Warefare with 3x crit rate (24%) dont know if you using the ammo already but could be a game changer for the last 5-10% dmg, idk if you also could try the passing gas in combination for vulnerability but yeah, if you wanna get above 500-600k dps you could give it a try and use 2 dummys, both next to each other that on the second hit of the wolf he hits your dummy in the same time with your first bullet like this it will be a real Damage per Second on 1 Dummy + the wolf doesnt stand (jumping) in your bullets you fire. And you also could try sea bass for fire rate, maybe more dps than psi intensity, have a nice one my friend :)

Thanks for sharing your tips! I’ve been using platinum ammo on my weapon-focused builds, but I hadn’t thought about it for a standard setup. It might hit 500k with the wolf, but with the Maiden, it would definitely be a DPS loss. I’m aware of these tactics, but the issue is that those are inflated stats that can’t be replicated against bosses or elites, which is my main focus for every build. I’m not here to show off-I could do that, but what’s the point? The dummy in our base isn’t exactly our enemy, and it doesn’t fight back XD. As for the sea bass, I mentioned in the video that I couldn’t find a spot to fish for it. If you know the location, let me know. Thanks again!

@NakedAngelGaming Yeah, passing gas would be tricking the dmg and hasnt something to do with real PvE Dmg against Enemies thats true:) I like your honesty, and nice video i can see that it took a looooong while to do it, respect:) Wanna see you build against Black Haze bc right now Bounce Sniper with Turrets is the underated sleeping giant in nearly all Silos Dungeons etc for speedruns and stuff, but nearly 500k Dps is amazing never thought that we can hit so much DPs in this game, we need a full guide for diffrent hides like Impact, Physical dmg and all that whats great for diffrent scenarios like Giant with ELE Resistance and more. been working my little jaws build, hit 150k dps, and am having the worst time mix maxing the mod additional effects, keeps coming out with dmg to elites, dmg to normal enemies, and head dmg reduction. havent seen dmg to great ones (in purple purple blue blue), nor can i acquire the bomber specific mods to burn. Been plugging away at PRO mode bosses to the point im sick of playing.

Honestly, I have around 15-20 mods with perfect amount of attributes ( starting point purple-blue-2x green and sometimes 2x blue), but only 4-5 per slot turned out really good. So, it might take about 200 controllers per item slot.

To get this weapon, buy it from the blueprint shop in the Wish Machine. This setup works well even for beginners; you'll deal less damage, but you won’t have trouble handling anything in the game. I recommend going for this build if you have at least 16k starchrome, though for the full build, you’ll need around 31k. Start by purchasing the weapon, then get the key armor piece-Shaman Vulture Top-followed by four pieces of the Lone Wolf armor set, and finally one piece from Bastille. For the Bastille piece, choose pants; the other slots don’t matter as much. If you can’t afford the full set, after getting the weapon and key armor, go with three pieces of the Falcon set and two pieces of the Heavy Duty set, both of which are epic and free to obtain.

It's a bit buggy, but it mostly works. From my testing, if the bomb explodes too close to another body part, it doesn't count as a single target, which is poor design. The bomb needs to hit a single target to amplify the damage, but somehow another body part is treated as a separate enemy. Help me report this as a bug. The more reports, the faster we can get it fixed! Worst thing is that there is no a good choice if you can't mark enemies for mask mod. I spent a few hours figuring out what’s up with this mod, and I think I got it right.

First, great video, thank you. Secondly, I have been working on my build for 3 seasons. Some of my mods seem better, the rest seem just as good as what you have. With 0 Food buffs, 0 bulls eye on dummy I'm getting 50k dps 199k total. I'm guessing that PSI makes a huge difference in damage with this build. MY jaws is only 3-star. One piece of lonewolf is 4 star, rest are 2-star. Shaman is 4-star (I have about 4 builds on this guy instead of focusing on just one and upgrading bps). With regular AP I'm at 950 PSI. I'm starting to think and this is probably obvious, the 200 or so missing PSI is what is causing the issue? 118% Crit dmg, 54.6% wep dmg (24% Great ones), Status 61.4%. I have been sacrificing Wep dmg for great one dmg. Not sure if that is correct or not. UGGHHHH

Thanks for the appreciation! As for your damage, it's actually not bad-with a similar setup, I was doing around 70-75k in the previous scenario. Focusing on the Great Ones (bosses) is a good move since it boosts both status and weapon damage. With optimized gear, I estimate that 50 psi adds around 5% DPS for me, so 200 psi would mean about 20% more, plus a few extra percent from the Jaws pistol stars. Are you getting higher damage on the dummy or on bosses?

I think with lots of once human content creators making build guides two things get either overlooked or not talked about enough and are the reason the dps on the videos is always higher than what we can reproduce in game. The two things are the star level of all the gear being used, and the bonus damage to certain enemy types. I think NaG sets themselves apart by specifically addressing both these factors and states clearly that they are stacking as much bonus damage to normal enemies as possible. Lots of creators don’t show that stat so their dummy dps is way higher than it would be on bosses cause they stack normal enemy bonus damage. I think it needs to be emphasized again that you NEED to have max bonus damage to normal enemies paired with everything else mentioned in the video to get these numbers. That stat seems to be the most important sub-stat on mods because of the way the once humans damage calculation works. The bonus damage is a multiplier to ALL of your damage, it’s just a flat damage multiplier. Like weapon damage won’t boost power surge dmg but bonus X damage to X enemy will multiply the damage of the weapon and the effect like power surge. It is a huge boost and a build with 10% less of that multiplier will do noticeably less than one with that 10%.

I refuse from day one to do animation cancel in both this game and new world who need it? i do around 300-500k fps with no food ore axe heavy, i use wildfare for marking and only have 4 s chest 4 s pistol around the same same dmg when do you ever need more dmg? then we already do with right build key armor/mods and btw winter msot be the worst update ever 2-4 hour game play for v1 and v2 and all is done and now 2-3 days for v3

I’ve got nothing to hide-yep, it’s AI! I need to work on my English pronunciation before I start recording myself, but I’m planning to do that in a few months since using AI takes too long. After I get more comfortable with streaming, which I’ll start soon, I aim to switch to my own voice. My written English is solid, but I haven’t practiced speaking much. Most of my experience has been from chatting in games or school, where teachers mainly focus on writing skills. So while my written English is strong, speaking is a bit more challenging. I don't understand where those numbers come from. I have a build 1 in 1, modules all on Krit 15, some of them have no damage on normal enemies. My max dps is 70-90t. You have something buggy in your build obviously. There is no other way to explain such damage.

I was doing 300k DPS in the previous scenario, even though my gear was much worse in terms of blueprints *. Since then, a few of my mods have improved, plus I’ve gained new buffs from cradles, skins, and a fixed Shattered Maiden, boosting my damage by at least 50% from that point. You can check my old video guide on my channel to see what I’ve upgraded since then, or watch it again step by step to spot the differences.
