I'd add a small amount of coconut oil to the chips so that its slightly runnier but won't affect the drying.

I'm glad you use allulose in recipes. I've been low carb/keto for almost 10 years. Tried all sweeteners. Never liked stevia (bitter and chemical tasting), learned maltitol and sorbitol still spike BG even though sugar alcohols. Eyrthritol and monk fruit blends were better, but the "cooling" sensation from eyrthritol has gotten worse for me. Allulose has been a dream. And being a sugar, it reacts with yeast if one makes a low carb bread using vital wheat gluten.

OMG. These are so good. I made mine solely with white Chocolate and they were definitely a hit. With the white chocolate and salt it seriously taste like a white chocolate pretzel, just without out the crunch. I used a different attachment for the pastry bag and they were a lot more spirally but yielded 18 which brought the calories down to about 80 each. Will make again for sure.

I wanted to let you know how much I love and make your mug cake recipe. I add lemon flavoring to the mug cake and then sugar free jello powder to smashed strawberries to sweeten them. I top with sugar free whipped topping. This makes the best strawberry shortcake. This is a hit with my husband, we both love this recipe.

Just substitute coconut flour at a 1:3 ratio compared to almond flour. Coconut flour absorbs liquids and expands to 3x its volume.

How about a coconut flour/almond flour version. I am not a fan of the grainy feeling of the almond flour and straight coconut flour is to dry. I have gotten recipes before with both flours and they came out much smoother and not so dry. Its just how much extra moisture do you need to add? Plus what would it be you add? Another egg or (yummy) more butter!! lol Just a though.

Coconut flour recipe please 😘.... Btw I have seen a recipe that gave an option. It said 1/2 C coconut flour for 1 1/4C almond flour. I tried that recipe and I failed. Probably because I had to convert other things like the oven temperature.🙄 Love your recipes. Hi I made this and they were AMAZING!!!! However, I went to make them again today and they kind of "melted" in the cookie sheet and covered the whole cookie sheet.
