Lobsang have 6 dattes everyday after ur 36 weeks of pregnancy,because it will help u easy pregnancy,don’t drink butter tea it may cause jaundice to ur baby,drink lots of water .when I was pregnant I quit cafe for 9 months,green tea too and coke half a cannette ,take care

It will be hard to control your craving’s during pregnancy but…..but you can always choose healthy options instead and you should control on your sugar and oily intake coz as you know it can produce unnecessary fats. So what I mean is don’t starve yourself just choose healthy diets ❤❤❤
