We did another video along time ago of this place but I didn't really do too serious of a video this one I did a little more in depth I added the drone as well and this is my favorite lakefront spot that is not an Airbnb this is one of the hotels called the big Bear frontier. It's June 16, 2021 in the big Bear Lake California area and it got up to 92° today I think that may have been a record. I hope you guys enjoy this place again and get a better perspective this time.

Hey my friend I am so sorry it took so long to get back to you it’s very unlike me to take this long but here is my excuse LOL yesterday I was playing golf in Yucaipa and it was over 100° and I got heat stroke it wasn’t good I had a really rough day played pretty well but I had a really rough day. I hope you’re doing good and I can’t wait for you to come up here and visit big Bear my friend you’re gonna have a great time I know it it’s a beautiful place it’s not big it’s just a little tiny place but it’s a lot of fun if you like outdoors type stuff. Hey there. First of all thank you for your selfless service. I’m pretty sure most hotels will offer a discount for that. Then again it is Cali so you never know but i assume they recognize your sacrifice and potential sacrifice. Thank you a ton. When it comes to me I always take care of locals and vets The big Bear Frontier and a couple of the rooms at the fireside lodge upstairs and Robin Hood resort and the best western so far I like those the best but they are all fairly similar

Nice job, have stayed there many times with our boat. Looks like that's not going to happen soon. I agree the staff in the office have sometimes been rude. wonder if the mgr with the parrot is still there. One night they untied my boat and set free to wash up on shore, they thought I hadn't paid for the slip. didn't call me or come my cabin nothing. after showing them my paid receipt they said ok ...no sorry nothing! I told him if my bottom gel coat is damaged you are paying, it was ok when I pulled the boat out. Question, what kind of drone are you using? Thank You. get a place we will come stay!!!

Mike I really like your comment bro I appreciate that a lot and I agree with you it seems like that’s what happens a lot up here when it comes to staff from what I’ve experienced but then again I tried to tremendously get experiences as well kind of hit and miss even with the really good places but I just want all of you to come visit to have a good time seriously Mike thank you. I had a cabin up there for many years but unfortunately we had to sell. I love and appreciate your videos so much so I can still catch a glimpse of my beloved Big Bear. Never would have considered staying at the Frontier until I watched your video. One thing, maybe not be so critical of other drivers who may not be as familiar with the area or weather/driving conditions. Other than that great videos!

My family, meaning my Mom, had to sell hers in Arrowhead years ago and it was such a tough thing to deal with. The memories as a kid on vacation up here are so important to me. Hope you at least visit often

Frontier use to be my go to, but that place needs some upgrades for the price they charge, you should stop by the cabin we rented in July it was 6,000 for 3 days, wife's work pays for a trip every summer.
