My mouth was watering from start to finish. It is very obvious how much care is put into the food being prepared. The falafel looks absolutely delicious, and the toppings look very fresh. My favorite is the amount of tomatoes that are put in each wrap. This restaurant has a very long and successful future ahead of them. Keep up the good work.

Delicious. After buying falafels from Middle Eastern vendors for forty years in the USA I decided to make it. Home cooked falafels with fresh herbs taste better. Thanks Middle Easterners for such delicious foods.

There was a street food wagon in Coventry when I useed to study there that had amazing falafel the same style: Rolled with pickles, tomatoes etc. and I often would like to have one again :)

Omg! Those look delicious. I absolutely love love Turkey and the city of Istanbul. Will definitely visit again. I enjoyed tons of kebab when i was there. Also miss all the fresh squeezed pomegranate juice. The history of the country is amazing, loved Konya, Cappadocia, Goreme, Kas and all the other places i visited.

Thank you and Ramadan Mubarak. Tarator sauce: -5 Tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste) -5 Tablespoons Yogurt -3 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice -3 TablespoonsWater -salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a small bowl mix well all the ingredients until combined. NOTES You can add a bit more of water or lemon juice if you would like to have a runnier texture for the sauce. Optionally you can add some garlic.
