Thank you so much for this Amber. My intonation is not bad at low speed, but ... give me a quicker passage, and the tuning goes out of the window. So - my muscle memory is not so secure that I can then concentrate on other things. You "interval exercises" will definately help.

I agree with the others wholeheartedly. This is a great view of how to hold your hands correctly. Not just a picture or brief diagram but in action long enough to absorb and remember. Thank you for your teaching. Just I am very confused by what you said and what you show sometimes, for instance，at around 5:12 time, your hand is pressing on A string but the notes you said and you played are notes on D string. How come? Hope you could reply and tell me what happened.

Also at 640 of this video, you’re pressing A string but all notes string sounds and you said are notes on D string, such as open D and F sharp, and F sharp , A and G. It’s So so so so strange, it totally confuses me and does not make sense at all.

No, I can't see your left hand. The camera needs to be positioned HIGHER so that it is looking DOWN at your left hand -- rather than being lower than your violin so that the view is looking UP at your hand.
