Good colab, one thing that might have been good for people coming over from WoR or similar would have been if your partner went into team suggestions using your champions for various areas. Example campaign using only 2 champions to 3 star stages, Clan boss 5 members but like you said you may not want to have 3 supports maybe some teams for the Fire Knight where you want multi hits and turn meter control that type of thing. Could be something you look into doing in a week or so as your relearning the dungeons. Have fun anyway.

Brand new to raid still trying to figure things out, feels overwhelming so I’m just taking these free heroes, plus Kael + Monkey and pushing as far as I can in campaign and all other ares that unlock. A starting video on who to level and apply resources to and early game teams (using some of these characters) are great. I caved and didn’t think I’d try this game, feeling 4 years behind but it’s fun so far. Hopefully some noob friendly guilds out there.

There are plenty of clans that are all about progression and don't discrimiate based on player level. I recommend you check how active they are (activity stars + last seen of all guild members) before joining so you don't join a (half)dead clan. That would be a bit of a bummer as a first impression of the game.

Okay went and tried your link and it worked fine for me got Korato as soon as finished the tutorial after 2 fights and upgrading the helmet. So if your one of those not getting the hero your doing something wrong.

Never downloaded Raid before, used your link, didn’t get anything but I digress… Am I missing how Raid is fun? To me, it seems like you power up characters and it does everything for you. With WOR I feel there is more strategy (when/where to deploy heroes, etc…) and just overall fun. Am I missing something?

Raid is more about building the team, gearing, speed tuning, ascension, speed tuning, skilling up and trying to do it efficiently. It's not for everyone as it is definitely in the 'auto play' category of gotcha but if you don't have the right team you struggle to progress. So yeah it's not an active strategy game, it's a team building game. You do have the option to turn off auto play at any point though and in a lot of team compositions you would manually play to align your skills (speed tuning and aligning cooldowns). I would say do some team research and plan a team that works that you can get, build that team and then see if you like the game or not, it is very frustrating early so you have to be prepared to put the time in up front to get to the 'game'.

The link only works if the install is on a device that has never had a download of the game before. Unfortunately I only have a PC and I started the game with his earlier link, if I could I would do this one.

if you have pc you can still start over! just log out of all accounts on plarium play and then delete them. then reuse link and make new account. it works. i have a video showing a similar technique coming out tomorrow
