Go up mulholland a bit. You get Yhe Hollywood Bowl and downtown. Also try MacArthur Park

there is an overpass nearby General Hospital on top of the 10FWY shooting towards Downtown on the West side, great sunset or evening picture. Also, i have seen people shoot from the 101FWY nearby the hollywood area toward downtown on the southside. i do not know the exact location. Also, the Griffin Observatory is a god location as well. But very busy there.

You're welcome. You can drive up to these locations. However the park does close at certain times. I believe because of the pandemic, they close much earlier. I remember I was up there at 9 and I can still drive up.
