I've had one of those Craftsman sawhorses for about a year and a half. I got it because it was the right height to dry my front door mat, and it folds up nicely. The price is good, the sawhorse is quite sturdy, and hasn't rusted, even though it stays on the porch.

Hold out for Hercules basically the same thing for $300 on sale and I got the miter saw for $270 on sale with signing up for their CC. used it for 6 months straight in projects and its held up to mostly 4x4 and 2x6 np!

Interesting that the 100-PC FlexTorq Fastening Set ToughCase+ fits Craftsman VersaStack. I’ve always known DeWALT/Stanley T-STAK is compatible with Craftsman VersaStack but I assumed (based on the name) the ToughCase+ was intended to fit DeWALT ToughSystem cases. Under DeWALT Lowe’s only sells ToughSystem, not T-STAK, and ToughSystem only holds T-STAK cases using the 2.0 adapter plate.

Weird. My Lowe’s has a Craftsman 140pc version for that price and the DeWALT 100pc is 5 bucks less. The molding on the bottom edge of the case is slightly different (square shapes are alternately inverted) and, of course, the branding and colors are different but I even attached them together and put them both on the T-STAK/VersaStack. “Paralysis of choice” forced me to leave empty-handed with no time to consider before work but the Craftsman is probably a better deal. I couldn’t tell what was extra. At first I thought the Craftsman was the only one with an impact socket adapter but then I realized DeWALT was just harder to see (black vs. silver).

Went to my local Lowe’s, nothing as usual. I asked about those Craftsman V series you showed and the employees are buying them before they even get on shelf. None of the Klein tools either.

not in any of the sets they had there, home depot has 2 huge Huskey torque wrenches in their gift zone now, one is $59 for the 1/2" and $49 for 3/8"
