I also own a hunter 350. Just a recommendation from my end, you can remove the saree guard as you have the saddle bags holder attached. It reduces some weight and give a better ride experience. Hopefully this helps. Ride safe and live another day to ride.

Usually in garage they use hammers. I also used hammer to align. Go to a good garage with experienced person. They will use rubber tyre to put the carrier, after that they will wrap a thick cloth over the area over which they will use hammer. It’s a mild stainless steel so won’t break into pieces easily. Otherwise u can also exchange it with the bandidos pitstop.

My height is also 5’9. While touring signature seat feels comfortable till 100-150 km, after that it gets uncomfortable and u definitely need the break. The cushion is also towards stiffer side. Instead u can go for touring seat.
