Its late December , And still no snowfall in this area , which is even 20 km above Shimla ! Maybe because of all this construction and Unsustainable societies which have came up in the hills ! Shimla will be snow less in next 4-5 years for sure !

If you had provided personal lift in the flat it would be more better for old age people to spend time on terrace. If architect had placed provisions for physically disabled persons investment in such property would have been worth. Any how this is the difference between metro and non metro architecture and builders.
