Weak early game, (even if you're almost full build, you either leave the enemy at half hp or very low hp and not killing them) easily countered these days. can't harass or poke and also slow at clearing lanes. I've been a kagura main until I got bored at her.

Pharsa is such an underrated mage. Her 1-2 combo can make enemies half health at just lvl 2 and her bird form can be used to easily escape in sticky situations due to her ability to fly through walls. Her ult can also deal a bunch of dmg and is very good at defending the base. Only problem is if she gets stunned while ulting you're basically dead which is why I use purify on her cause her dmg is already enough so no need for flameshot and her bird form is just a slower flicker with a shorter cool down. Yall should definitely try her out for fun and who knows you might end up liking her a lot❤❤❤

I agree! Pharsa has also entered the meta because she counters most marksmen. Pharsa is a perfect counter as she can move quickly and deal damage from a distance.

My favorite has got to be Valir!! I love how when using flicker with him, you can almost always escape from any sotuation especially with his 2nd skill. I also like spamming skills a lot because of the damage. (thus why i also like cecilion) Sadly, the one thing i found to be annoying when playing Valir is when im up against high mobility heroes, as they are able to dodge my 1st skill. Thanks for making this video! Now i have more knowledge on who to ban and what I can use to counter enemies ❤❤

I am a kagura main but there's no way that she outscale or is better than most of the current meta or tanky heroes After the revamp....yeah her ulti got a great development but her 1st skill nerf was too much Like i mean the main damage of her comes from 1st skill also ur putting urself at risk when u do a combo as kagura needs to be near enemy to do a full combo and almost all the recent heroes have mobility so it's much easier to counter So a decrease cd/damage buff on her 1st skill is much needed and she can be in the meta again .....btw I'm not saying she's bad, she's good, she just need some buff to be on the current meta

Yes but not anyone can understand her gameplay And not everyone can adjust the play style that's why they make those mages the best since they are the easy to play Some mage users are minions clearers too Unlike Kagura, she mostly focused on enemies that why sky piercer fits her even as a mage. Plus sometimes she is played like an assassin thanks to her mobility. I would group her to other heroes like harley and Selena. Since she played like a poke mobility type

I used to be a Odette main, but hero with stun and knock out or heroes with a skill similar to that is became more popular making it hard laying the ultimate. Also I used sprint for Vexana since she's quite slow.

Honestly, one of my most favourite mages is definitely Change because of her unique kit - long range, ability to melt down tanks and backline, stealing buffs and denying enemys farm plus her pushing is what has brought me one of my highest wr even in solo rank - above 65% ✓ . I totally agree, Chang'e is a solo queue powerhouse, capable of carrying the team. It's tough when data influences decisions, but she definitely deserves more recognition for her impact. Maybe an additional buff for Chang'e might elevate her performance and even put her on the ban list - that would be exciting for Kagura enthusiasts.

Pharsa deserve to be on the list tbh. In every team clashing some mage find it difficult to gank the mm/mage due to their position but Pharsa’s very long burst range she is capable to hit them. She also have a skill where she could increase her movement speed and fly through walls. Her only problem is that she is squishy but the damage is not a disappointment, a great map awareness and a great zoning tank can make a pharsa powerful

Odette feels very weak to me for some reasons, whether she’s on my team or on the enemy’s she only shines mid game and with the cc heavy meta her ult gets cancelled frequently

Cyclops is also a strong mid laner, he may not be a crowd control because he only targets one enemy but he can deal so much damage and melt down enemies including tank with his 2nd skill, once you get all the items you need, Cyclops will literally be a nightmare and super annoying because he has fast cooldown, deals extremely high damage, hard to catch, and he can also catch escaping enemies easily.

I agree that Valentina and Yve have become less picked due to the nerfs. But it's the only way to let the other mages shine. I'd still consider Valentina as a priority pick, since she can counter game changing ultimates with her ultimate. However,she is really a situational pick. If your team doesn't know what your tryna do,it's really useless to pick her since you cant deal enemies by yourself.

I do hope that they give Kagura a slight buff to increase her wave clearing cause that's what all she needs in order to get into the list. Almost all of the meta mages right now have fast wave clearing enabling them to rotate more faster and get to objectives easier.

I use Odette carry in every match and got MVP cuz she really have high continuous damage, CC and also big range. If opponent have many cc odette can still carry but u need to choose correct timing and hiding behind tank and use skill to deplete their hp. After they use cc skill then u can start ur swan song🎉

Novaria helps me to reach mythic this season (66% wr). Just like any other mages, you need to position yourself properly and take that astral form as your advantage. She’s a utility mage, so I think utility build (Enchanted Talisman, Fleeting Time, Ice Queen Wand) is much more suitable for her especially if your sniping skill is not really that good. Vision is a very crucial part of your gameplays, and Novaria plays really well on that department.

Latest heroes with high mobility are kinda escaping easily from change ! I hope you noticed most of the heros mentioned above are high CC heros and all chang'E can do is slow, which is very easy for other meta heroes to escape. If you get a tigreal or atlas in your team and diggie is banned thn yea change is the best 💖

Odette is actually the best mage but sadly even though she is easy most people don't know how to use her For example pros don't even know that her passive stacks,it's enough to kill a mm without magic defense (don't even need to ult) Ulti+ flicker perfect timing is like purify (most people don't know how to position and when to use her ult) If used properly she is literally a powerful mage.

i personally thought Valentina would be top 10. she has kinda good CC (7-8/10) . and her terrify thing is really annoying (9/10) In my opinion, it can mess up the enemies movement. Copying enemy ults is very-very good Because, yea. but that depends on the enemy hero you face (9.5/10). i think the only weakness is her skill range it is short. but you can make it up by her dash skill to close in the gap. Oh and her damage is pretty decent. not to high and not low either. (7.5/10).

As a xavier main, that man taught me how to watch all my sides like a hawk 😂. My map awareness improved so much because any movement i made could be life or death. Plus shooting that beam from the other side of the map is so satisfying and is good for clearing lanes.

She's no longer good to me. Very weak early game, ok at lategame but does so badly against tanky heroes. Too slow at clearing lanes, (I've never seen any other mages clear lanes slower than her) and also weak combos. I used to oneshotted vexana everytime she's on the enemy team but somehow they always escape with low hp. I don't know if she's nerfed but it felt different playing as her now.
