So, Dream used a daylight sensor, which activates when the sun sets. He hooked a trapdoor to it and created a water chamber which would stop an ender pearl from teleportating him until it was hit by something, in this case the trapdoor. So when the sun set the sensor triggered the trapdoor, which shut on the ender pearl and teleported Dream to that location. No one had to activate the stasis chamber; the sensor did it automatically Edit: ok, so you already knew what a stasis chamber was; just wanted to help clear it up since I figured there'd be some confusion!

As Awesamdude explained the instant dragon kill, it's a mechanic of a perch of the dragon, you pour the water and place an obsidian at the top, then the dragon will perch at the highest point and you can just shot it to death. It was impressive ngl😂

@@basic_avarage_person the arrow doesn't deal so much damage it is just the editing, it you watch the extended cut version, it took time before dream killed the dragon, and because of what dream did with the water the dragon is not connected to the crystals so it is not regenerating its health also.

Idk if anyone answered in stream but the way the stasis chamber activated is when he placed that daylight sensor near it the second it turns night or day time in Minecraft it activates then opening the trapdoor EDIT: the daylight sensor is practically a lever except its auto

I was confused by Dream not breaking the bed by the nether portal by the longest time after seeing it in the premiere, but I finally remembered a thing that explains it! Several iterations back it was added to the rules that you can't trap the nether portal in an inescapable way. It's stricter for the hunters since Dream operates on one life, but not breaking the bed meant that only one hunter had to die and lose their stuff if they played it smart, which made the lava trap just barely stay within manhunt rules. Doesn't make it any easier to see the bed just THERE while Dream pillars away lol

I hope you see this comment but the stasis chamber was activated VIA a daylight sensor. So once it reached night the power for the daylight sensor would be on. The power activated the trapdoor which in an end result, activated the stasis chamber.

I should probably say that 1.17 doesn't actually include the new caves or mountains, they're probably using the 1.18 caves and cliffs data pack for 1.17 provided by mojang for testing and general enjoyment
