Cleared GD2-10 using Borut and 2 months later got Edith. I haven't even updated my run/team and still just use Borut

ive got like 150 summons and am 10 away from pity. I've wanted silas for ages, but I think I need to pull for vierna first, without her he won't progress my account at all rn I think. Moonton not providing the next 3-4 banners actually makes me LESS likely to pull because I need to constantly have a 150-200 summon buffer in case they do something wild the week after

Vierna is not that great without Silas. Silas is still pretty solid without Vierna.

Instead, vierna's bond skill changes nothing about her dps so she's still really good, getting vierna was the greatest improvement for my account. But I disagree with the logic "I must pull vierna first" because then when you finally have her you still have to get Silas, and anyway you will have to pull for both at some moment, so it's better to try to get Silas when you can

@@dumpsterplayer2700 I never pulled Vierna once in over 500 days of playing. It took getting the apology gift card from Moonton for me to get her. Silas on the other hand I've pulled 3 times and used an additional soulstone to get him to A3. My Silas has carried me through 3/4 of my content, including being almost solely responsible for me being able to finish chapters 9, 10, and Void Rift Hard and Nightmare.

I've heard this take from all CCs, seems Bub would benefit a new account more since aoe is hard to find and y'all agree hes great. I know, if you haven't beat all raids and gotten your top boss rewards you're barely alive, but is it possible that if you're only missing a handful of heroes your judgment is geared that way? We don't all get hundreds of summons a week, telling folks to skip a limited to get someone not very rare seems very strange and incorrect.

My 15x pulls on Ancients are hit and miss, with more miss than hit: Lords pulled on their banner: Cyrus (once), Iovar (once) Non-lords pulled on their banner: Sargak (once), Ymiret (once) Lords pulled on a different banner or on a non-banner: Praetus, Venoma (twice), Aracha Non-lords pulled on a different banner or on a non-banner: Cerberus, Uredin (twice), Ardea, Eunomia, Durza (twice), Valeriya (twice), Constance Out of all the Ancient banners, I've only hit the banner hero four times since August of 2023.

Big skip. Maybe I would summon just to get Silas a3 if we have some leaks about future heroes and banners but without leaks I am saving untill there will be game changing hero. It's easy to save as f2p so no more buying any packs. About Silas, I have him a0 and tbh I haven't use him in last few months. He was helpful early/mid game but after that kind of meh.

If this Bubba character is not going to be a meta-for arenas or apocalypse. Why would you not go for Silas !? so what’s your guaranteeing is that Bubba is going to be part of the meta-and there’s no reason to pull for a current character that is Silas used throughout every single piece of content in the game. Am I understanding you correctly?

And I’m saying this in the sense of his A3 And A5 unlock a completely different world, which only increase your current scores in the content that matters in the game. I’m not looking to waste my time with new characters that aren’t going to replace the current matter so if this Bubba character is not going to better or replace my current team, I see it pointless going for him and just get awakenings into Silas.

Honestly, I can't think of any content where Silas is required or would progress my account. Sure, you could argue GB but I already have so many boss killers who will out dmg him until I get veirna anyways. It's an easy pass for me. Plus, getting Edith awakenings instead is too risky for little reward.

Having either Silas or Nocturne is almost required to complete Void Rift on Hard or Nightmare, specifically the Laseer phase.

I completed all content except the epilogue boss without Silas. He is very good and makes some things much easier. If you wanted him for progression but didn’t have a marksman lord I would pass.

I don't use them at all. Any nightmare team destroys Laseer in seconds. Infernal also good, Lord Phyneas with tank and healer just deletes him.
