In my experience, I have come to believe that entering an MBA college solely to acquire tags or immediately after graduation might not always be the best approach. Instead, I suggest considering gaining practical work experience for at least 2-3 years to truly understand your strengths and interests, excluding finance majors. This is the path I followed starting with interning at 19 and heading Operations at 24, and it completely changed my perspective on pursuing an MBA. I had the opportunity to work in healthcare/hospital management at Pristyn Care, which later achieved unicorn status in 21. This experience exposed me to the intricacies of the industry, and I scaled a "Health-tech Business of Healthcare Unicorn." It was an incredible learning journey, and it helped me discover a newfound passion and direction for my career. Interestingly, during my professional journey, I had the opportunity to work alongside individuals from prestigious institutions such as IIM A, B, L, and ISB. I also had interns from top educational institutions. However, I must admit that I didn't find anything extraordinary in their abilities or contributions. This realization further reinforced my belief that real-life experiences and learnings often surpass the theoretical knowledge gained solely through an MBA. Of course, I acknowledge that each person's journey is unique, and what works for one individual may not work for another. It's essential to consider your aspirations, goals, and circumstances while making decisions about pursuing an MBA. In conclusion, I firmly believe that real-life learnings hold significant value, and they can provide insights and growth that may surpass the traditional path of pursuing an MBA. It's important to explore different avenues, gain practical experience, and discover your true passions before making a decision. Let's engage in a meaningful conversation about this topic.

My personal opinion on this fields- *Marketing- koi bhi direct Area manager nahi banayega, experience is more important than degree😅toh aapka start lowest level yani executives se hoga jaha aapko aapke targets market me field pe ghumke pure karne hai. Then team leader then area manager. *HR- Isme bhi executive level se start hoga jaha aapko sabsa important ye find out karna hai ki jo job aap de rahe ho wo karne ke liye kon intrested hai,unka interview ke liye company ka proper knowledge and then employee ka pura take care HR ki responsibility hoti hai. *Finance- isme bhi starting basis data entry se hogi, bank me ya financial institutions me officer level se job hogi jaha aapko money ka pura hisab rakhna hai as per various sectors, higher level pe aap funds manage kar paoge company ka. *Analytics- Isme aapko starting data entry se hi karni hai, analysing then effective analysing then best analytical thinking for best output ye aapka in simple role hoga

In marketing, you are talking specifically about FMCG companies but marketing is not limited to that, you can also get roles in Product marketing, digital marketing, b2b marketing, marketing project coordinator, marketing executive, etc in tech, manufacturing kind of companies. Which will include tasks like campaign execution, management, and advertising, event/expos planning execution, etc. But targets will be there for sure in whichever marketing space you work in. I have been in marketing for the last 7 years now and working as a Marketing manager for a large manufacturing company in India. Also, you said that correct marketing me it doesn't matter kya kaam kar rhe ho, mera maal bikna chahiye. Fir whatever you do company products and services should be sold. One more perk of working in marketing is you closely work and report to mostly with decision makers and C-suit people and your network will be so strong in just a few years.
