Well, the answer to this question is that the course marketability depends with so many factors that include your level of study and your aggressiveness when it comes to looking for a job. What do I mean? What I mean is that if you have a craft or certificate level, securing a job can be tricky. Remember, almost each hospital requires only one or 2 nutritionists in Kenya, which is a clear indication that they will give the chances to those with a degree or a diploma. Also, it should be noted if you are not an aggressive graduate but you only plan to get employed, then it might be take you long to get a relevant job. In short, it can be good course if you know how to package yourself, and that applies even if you want to employ yourself. Speaking of which, it is worth noting that you need to gain experience through internship and volunteer before planning to starting your own job or looking for NGO job or elsewhere. In conclusion, the marketability of this course - like with many other courses- depends on the level of study, how good you're at selling yourself, and your aggressiveness.
