I‘m a new player and created a similar deck 1.5 years ago by myself (bandit instead of the goblins). This deck is nearly 100% succses in midleader. But i can’t go further than Liga 8. Either my deck is the problem or just skill issue.

This deck works on top ladder as well with the bandit+arrow instead of the miner or gobgang. Or if you want to use miner then use duchess tower instead. Make sure to count your opponent elixir and split pressure, this deck is not fully defensive you have to apply pressure as well so they cant make a super big push.
