We have a similar dish in Bulgaria with breaded peppers. It consists of stuffed with feta cheese and sometimes garlic peppers, then breaded in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and fried. It is usually served with ayran (yogurt+water drink) and sided with cucumber and tomato salad.

I just went here after seeing your last video. It was amazing. The volcan and the mole sauce from the enchiladas……. Loved it. This chef seems very warm and I learned a lot about her food. Most times you never know what chefs are saying. Might have to drive across town again

@Norma Geli, being that las vegas is my favorite city, i really enjoy the way you showcase your favorite places to visit, my personal favorite mexican restaurant is rigo's tacos on valley view, it's certainly not as fancy or formal as the one's you are showing here, but authentic and great prices as well, 5:00 that looks super yummy, i'll have to check the place out, regards
