The gorditas I remember were even thicker, very crisp on the outside then stuffed with a meat of your choosing, white cheese, lettuce, tomato and avocado. We ate them with red Chile poured over each bite. I was raised on the AZ, Sonora border. Oh how I miss the wonderful food! 😫😘

I Guerrero I would visit a lady who made these but only the size of a golf ball. With blazing speed she would remove one and shove different salsa into the center with a regular spoon. One after another until you stopped (usually 12 for me) and paid her. Good memories.....anybody know the name of them. Just like these, only smaller.

Hi.. I just want to say I LOVE watching your food vlogs! I live in Harlem NYC USA & although I have access to alot of good Mexican cuisine.. nothing compares to what you are surrounded by! Alot of my friends and family are now starting to not eat pork! WHATEVER!! I love pork.. I love pork shoulder.. I love pork skin.. ETC! Sadly.. I have yet to try pork on my taco. The only type of taco I ever tried was beef.. chicken and fish. Im not a fan of chicken taco.. I also dont like the taste of cilantro. I love my taco loaded with condiments such as ALOT of onions.. lettuce.. tomato.. guac.. salsa. I like beans but not on my taco. Im not going to lie.. my main taco purchase are from Taco Bell.. I know.. HOW RUDE! Thats why I look forward to EVERY Vlog you post! I live vicariously through you! Blessings to you and yours!
