Is CPL filter available for DDPAI Mola E3? I couldn't find any. Also, is Cpl filter available for rear cameras as well, for both Ddpai and 70Mai?

Nope not available for Mola E3. For rear camera, only VIOFO offers CPL.

Is there any problem with Mirror Dashcams while driving in night conditions. I heard that in night conditions, visibility is not good as other headlights focus on your reverse cam and poor visibility. Do you know if this is true?

The advantage of mirror camera is that if you find the rear view to provide poor visibility at night due to headlight light, you can turn off the display and use it as a regular mirror. Thie improves the visibility drastically. So having an option to switch according to convenience works in favor of the mirror dash cam.
