That may be a defective piece.kindly check with your seller for replacement of jar as the it comes under two years warranty on product & five years on motor. ...... And after one year of regular use mine is working well.

Hi Monami ji.... If you wish to make something like Lassi, milkshake or cold coffee, then you may go with the biggest jar. If you want to make besan ka chila, then you can use the chef pro jar with the same blade used to make Atta dough. I don't prefer to whip cream in this. Hope this helps.....
