Andys career kinda feels like one of those stories where someone makes a deal with the devil and asks the devil to make him funny. And he ended trapped in a world where no matter what he did everyone thought it was a joke. Like what if all his rude characters and getting into fights and his akward bits was him trying as hard as he could to not be funny and end his career but the devils magic just made it all seem like a joke to us.

I see it more like a comedic genius who kept pushing the envelope of humor. That was horrible when Andy got socked with a neck brace on and everything. I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ if Andy Kaufman did sue him but he should’ve. People hated him with a passion back then, not understanding that it was all an act. Others like myself got it, seeing this madman pull his little pranks on people and on national TV. I am a die hard fan and may be the only one to believe this but I truly believe Andy never died. It was his final stunt before retiring. That he pulled the ultimate Elvis impersonation in faking his death. Remember many people think Elvis faked his death. Sadly if he did, Andy can never come back because it would destroy his genius. I believe he said what needed to be said, made his mark on the world and is now living a normal life outside the spotlight. If you look deeper in more recent supposed Andy Kaufman incidents about him I think Andy may have been involved. I think he is giving weird clues he is alive and for a strange reason I also believe that in the movie Man on the Moon Andy played Tony Clifton at the end.
