@@gigachad9076 At the start Sunday's matches all teams start at 0 points, teams get points by getting high placement and getting kills. A team achieves match point when they receive 50 points. After getting 50 points and achieve match point, they must now win a game to win the tournament. Even if a team wins before reaching match point, it doesn't matter since they're not at match point until they have at least 50 points. And likewise, it doesn't matter if you get 60, 70, 80 or even 100 points, all that matters is you win.

Shoutouts to Dark Zero for winning it all, Furia for aggro-ing everything and proving they have what it takes to win leading most of the tourney in points. HisWattson and Pandxrz in particular as they both went absolutely crazy. Also shoutout to RamBeau bro was a sub in on GMT and still did amazing finishing with second most kills. Amazing ALGS super excited for next year 😁

It was a great competition to the audience but not to the pros. Multiple APAC-N teams got COVID when they arrived and lost their chance to play in the biggest tourney of the year. Some even missed their chance to play in Grand Final. It was suck that EA did not learn anything from Sweden's tourney. Anyway great work from Lej as always and I believe we all want Apex Pro Scene to bebetter

I really loved this Esport event, It actually felt like action all the time, The command center makes it an amazing experience. It's taking the viewer and putting them right into the game which is what gamers want to watch. I love being able to join comms with all the teams and hear whats going on.

As a season 0 player who didnt play again for 10 seasons im glad the pro circuit had evolved to this. The very first tourny before seasons existed (and im sure many tournaments in between) were: "ok so your gonna all play pubs as a team individually, aaaaand most kills win." This style is so much better.

That’s how they were winning before, hard to change strategies mid tournament. Also sometimes you have to push teams for better loot or a better spot. So their style sets them up to win

@@DaGoldenCrown yeah the problem with that while being on match point, is that everybody saw the horizon q or ult and knew who they were dealing with, forced the whole lobby to focus them down for a while. There's proof of this when you watch what happens to 100T after they hit match point, they got bombarded from everywhere as soon as the Newcastle wall popped. They could've definitely played aggro and made it work, but everybody knew who to chase.
