Best place for more gold purses with higher value loot and a nice source for tokens is in Round City. It's a higher difficulty area but you can get in by a tight rope on the northern edge of the district avoiding all the guards at every entrance. Once inside synch up with at least one view point so you can fast travel there anytime. A good place to hang out for street theft is south of the Harem. You can use your change difficulty trick to respawn people again.

Its not an exploit its part of the game, exploit would be like item dupe, false title

Exploit definition; make use of (a situation) in a way considered unfair or underhand, or make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource). I think we are being underhanded by abusing the resetting of difficulty to repopulate the area and are then making full use of it. I don't see how it's a false title at all

“Like item dupe” would be a glitch actually dupes are glitch’s, exploits are abusing an intended game function
