What really helped me was to get the battery charger and welder, then expanded my garage. Upgraded renovator to almost max then bought junkyard cars and repaired everything i could on the car. Just like he is saying in the video. I also bought the carwash. It helps alot

@@Halesey_15i don’t know if this is accurate, but from what I remember, cleaning the outside of the car doesn’t increase value, but if you clean the interior it goes up in value. The interior detailer is located on the opposite side of the exterior cleaning machine

Firstly, Good video bud. Secondly, earlier on when you visit the junkyard, it's a great idea to look for Engine Blocks, Gearbox's, Engine Heads and if you're lucky ABS Pumps or Modules(if orange or above, NOT RED). When you repair these you get 1/2 the price of the shop price for said items! I started when I only had 5K-6K and this escalated to $40K in no time. Also when you have bought a low price car from the junkyard, it might be wise to try and get one that has at least an Engine Block & Gearbox on it, because you can repair these(if orange or above, NOT RED) because this will greatly improve your car to a much higher price, along with doing the usual body/interior repairs/replacements and welding/cleaning the interior. It's a much improved game than the previous 2018 version, I just wished that they would broaden the Auction House aspect so that we could auction off our renovated cars...

Fun note you don't have to buy cars to inspect them you can inspect them at the junkyard without buying them so you can just farm XP by going back and forth when you have the 500 cr

Buy a 5k car and replace all the body part s with new. Sell the old parts or scrap them. Then with each new car ad more and more new parts should only take four or five cars before your into complete restoration and well over 100k

Just started playing this a few days ago. Nicely done! It's an easy way to make a bit of money in game. I didn't start doing this until I could already do body work. I sure wish that I followed your method earlier on but yes, body work can also greatly increase your margins. Also refurbishing engine parts also boosts value but takes a few more minutes of time due to labor. Cleaning the car alone is genius.

Restore junkyard cars as much as possible and sell them. After welder, car wash, fix what you can and sell it. You make profit. Rinse and repeat and watch your bank grow.

if a battery is present, charging it increases car value qhen you can evaluate the value of a car, make sure tge difference between value and cost is 1.5k and lower

I buy the cars for around 3-4k then (making sure I have enough money) put all the body panels on and weld it, clean the interior of the car and sell it with 5-7k profit. Going to get the paint shop and car wash soon and hopefully that should also boost my gains.

2yrs late but ill add for anyone starting out .. i find it better to save some of the fixable parts like calipers discs starters.etc from early game small jobs... dont sell them higher than 15%. When you get your repair tables you will be able to fix those parts and use them back on later jobs or rebuilds. The little bit of cash you get back isnt really much. Be patient do the small jobs... No starts are best tho.

The first thing you should do is buy all your Additional Tools. With examination mode and these tools you'll easily get 100+ in XP with every car! I've only done the first 5 story cars and maybe a brake change and just doing these things I'm level 6 and I have almost $14,000 in little under 6 or so hours.

Restore a player owned car without painting it and check the car value , Then spend $1000 to paint the same player owned car and then check the car value , Before & After the paint job the car value is the same , So you lose out on a $1000 , If you are going to resell a car I would just fix it up and not paint , It's not worth losing $$$$$$
