The first person came to my mind was Jinyoung from GOT7. Ahgases saw him changing. Both his body and personality. He was so skinny in his debut era. Even in 2017 he was skinny (even after 5 years of debuting) but somehow he has a insane body now. Not too muscular. But his abs are just insane. He doesn't like exposing his body. He himself said that it's embarrassing to show his body. But we could see it in his dramas. I'm still shocked .as a fan of him since 2016, I got to witness his change 😳 still can't believe he is the same boy who was so skinny before. Also his personality.. he was so cheerful, talkative and bubbly at the beginning. But by time we could see him changing. He's a lot matured and calm person now. His savage nature is still there😂same with his gentleness and caring personality. But he's a lot more calm now. Even JayB told this in a radio show.

It's just their bodies transforming from boys into men...with the help of exercise (not just working out in the gym, but hours and hours of dancing, singing, rapping, ect ect) which helps increase their appetite. It's very nice to see them healthy and taking care of their bodies (not just for the visual aspect, but because their bodies go through sooo much).

gone were the days where idols only used to work on their abs and are so proud to show their six-packs off when they still have weak-looking noodle arms and legs. now they do full-body workout and can show off not just their abs but their strong-looking arms, legs and backs. Perhaps the agencies and the idols themselves started realizing trying to look badass and tough and intimidating on stage doesn't really work when your built looks weak and frail. Most may have the badass look and expressions, but then the camera zooms out and then we see skinny noodle-like limbs, and illusion is shattered. but with idols who are built like superheroes, they can be badass in any angle, zoomed in or out, and even off-stage.
