Hey Tag, big fan, kinda recent honestly but you inspired me to breed for muts. Also you should breed plesiosaurs orrrr mesopithicus. Anyway! Quick question, i watched your mutation video that you posted on the 12th of this month (August) took notes and started breeding thylas. I honestly was just curious as to the amount of thylas you recommend to stop at for breeding. I have almost 20 females and a male that i bred. But in the guide you said to keep the females, im honestly just curious as to how many is the usual amount you keep for breeding.

For the petting zoo, imo, add an Archaeopteryx. I don't know why, but they just look so soft and hug-able. Plus their temperament is perfect for a petting zoo, passive, non-aggressive, and slightly skittish. Not sure what else though. Not many are the right size and temperament for a petting zoo. Ah yes, also oviraptors would work for the petting zoo, they are also docile and non-aggressive.

You're hatching Pachycephalosaurus, Pachyrhinos are those weird fancy looking trike dinos. Petting Zoo suggestions: Pachys, Ankys, Doedics, Turtles, Horses, Ovis (if you can), Otters (when they're available), Gallilimus, Oviraptor, Parasaurs, Trikes, Pachyrinos (the fancy looking trike dino), Dimetrodon, Phiomia, Procoptodon?, Moschops, Lystrosaurus, Dodos, Kairuku, Jerboas, Brontos, and Stegos. Those are all I can think of at the moment. Hope it helps!

For the petting zoo you should have dodos, ovis, lystros, and pachys. Maybe hyenadons as you can pet them in the game. I don't have ovis in my petting zoo as they weren't in the game when I built it and I've put them in another enclosure now.

Here's something that would make your breeding a bit easier. An automatically refilling feeding trough. That way you no longer have to remember to add food to the trough for your dinos, it does it automatically. A little cheaty, but makes it so much more convenient. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=956687368 I have been using the mod for a while, works nearly flawlessly. Only has two minor bugs, resources in its range no longer respawn(more useful then not), and sometimes the tames do not start eating from it right away(seems to be an ark bug since it happens with the vanilla feeder as well). Anyways, hope this helps you out and gives you one less thing to worry about.

I like the music. Where do you get it? What's it called? Ovis. Breed ovis, get some wild colors, and put them in the petting zoo. Petting zoos always have lambs and goats in them. Pachycephalosaurus. Pachyrhinos are entirely different.
