aqua jet was a worthy rival to waverunner and wave race 64, while dirt dash was a rival to sega rally and multi racing championship. the nes and megadrive had healthy support from namco. shame the snes had only one game from the company and the master system had no support whatsoever. from 1994 onwards any games that didn't get converted to playstation from arcade could get ported to atari's jaguar console. some games released in the arcades in the 80s could come on to atari's 7800 console and some games released in the arcades in the early 90s could get ported onto the 520ST. there was a motocross game released in the arcades in the mid 90s that isn't covered here.

Shigeru Miyamoto must have loved Valkyrie No Densetsu when it came out in 1989. So much...that 3 years later he ripped off a few of its boss fights for TLOZ: A Link To The Past 😱😱
