Terrell hills has soil foundation problems. The other four in your video are fine but expensive. Alamo Heights is my favorite too but we cannot afford that area.

TImberwood Park is a great community and depending on what you are looking for, can be the perfect place to call home. What a lot of people love about Timberwood Park is that there is more treetops than rooftops so you have that country feel but it's a short drive to all the necessary amenities.
