Hey man, good stuff! very informative video, especially for foreigners like me living in this city. Are there rural/farm areas within Hamilton's municipality or in its surroundings? If so, where would be such areas? Something that I did not figure out how it works in Canada as a whole is whether you can acquire a piece of land and build your own house. That would be my suggestion for a video for you. Would be really cool if we could understand how the real state market works in Canada or at least in Ontario regarding these two topics that I am bringing to you. Cheers! Thank you!

Hey! I Appreciate the input! The 2 areas which are more rural in Hamilton would be the Flamborough and Glanbrook. If you check out my video titled best small towns close by Hamitlon it will show you all the smaller communities among the farm fields of Flamborough.

Any family friendly neighborhoods in Hamilton for a 450-500k budget

You will be able to find some smaller detached homes and townhomes on the Hamilton Mountain under 500K however the most amount of options under 500K you will find in the central Hamilton. In that area i'd recommend looking into the east side. Send me an email at [e-mail] to discuss further.
