BEST Night Market to eat, explore and shop in Chiang Mai Thailand 🇹🇭 Wua Lai Walking Street

Chiang Mai, Thailand - I’ve been to many night markets in Southeast Asia, and I have to say that this night market in Chiang Mai has to be one of the best night markets I’ve visited.
Welcome to the Saturday Night Market Wua Lai Road. This market is also called the Saturday Walking Street Night Market. Be sure to have some good shoes, as this night market is long and has vendors selling all sorts of stuff. This market is fun and lively, with so many different food vendors that you won’t have a problem finding something you like to eat.
The Saturday Walking Street begins at the Chiang Mai Gate of the Old City and extends along Wualai Road. There are also food vendors by the Chiang Mai Gate as well, so be sure to check out those food stalls.
We had the opportunity to try some authentic Thai foods and even got a 30 minute foot massage for 80 baht. That is so affordable that I should have gotten an hour. With all the walking, you’ll definitely appreciate the food massage.
Night market starts around 4pm and is open to 10:30 pm. Most people start showing up at 5pm and you’ll see it really busy by 7pm. All the prices at this market are very reasonable and I think you’ll find some amazing unique souvenirs at this market. If you find yourself in Chiang Mai, I would highly recommend you visit this night market.
