I loved this video. I’m really fair in the winter. Medium in the summer and struggle with nudes for when I’m really fair. My lips are really pigmented so when I put anything lighter than natural lip color it looks really strange to me and you can usually see my natural lip color through a lighter nude lip. I feel best when’s wear a cool nude that’s more mauve or purple. I love the balm gloss in Grrr. It’s very similar to my natural lip color.

I love the Bare Minerals Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lipsticks! My faves are Bo$$, Infamous, and Hemp. Bo$$ is like a “my lips but better” kind of nude, at least on my skin. Infamous is a tea rosy nude, and Hemp is a peachy nude. I also love the Lime Crime Plushies. They are sheer but look beautiful and last ALL day! My favorites are Milk Tea and Dahlia. Milk Tea is a chocolaty milky taupe nude and Dahlia is a cool toned mauve!

Bourjois velvet liquid lipsticks are fantastic too! They take a while to dry down but they DO NOT MOVE. Any time I wear any of them (nude colours, or particularly their true red shades) I get compliments from strangers. Would recommend particularly to anyone on my side of the Atlantic who can't easily get their hands on some of the US brands. @Sara Salinas I can only speak for myself when I say I was buying Jeffree Star before any controversy.......His products have amazing formulas and I never buy the products based on whether I like someone or dont. I buy them because he has shades that work for my skin tone and the formula is bomb. The are LOTS of companies that have shady ass business practices that people praise. It's ok to not want to support someone it's also ok to like a formula! To each there own.

So many lipsticks are too warm for me so I bought a few different lipsticks and lipglosses that are pure blue and if a lipcolor is too warm, I just add a tiny bit of the blue and it makes it cool-tone. Sephora has a blue lipgloss that works really well but you can find them everywhere at all prices.
