I was having 10fps export speed in davinci. i was fed up since last 6 odd months. i was trying to export a long video since last night. I tried everything and your video shoed up today. I didn't even know the NVIDIA thing existed in my laptop. I installed the drivers. Davinci din't even show up there.. but the speed has increased from 10 fps to upto 75 fps. Man you're life saver.

FLIXITY, I have the RTX 2080 and now editing on Resolve Studio 19.01. I've performed your recommondations to optimize my NVIDIA settings and it has helped. Recently we have been dealing with slugglish playback with DaVinci's latest update and noticing choking in the GPU performance meters. Do you have any insight on why this is occuring. I know there are many factors involved that would impact GPU performance but us editors on the BM forum are scratching our heads on this. since I changed these settings the software is displayed with smaller text. I tried to change the UI scale settings but we can only choose 150% (too big). Hey this is My setup, ASUS ProArt Z790 WiFi Creator Motherboard Intel i9 14900K 64gb DDR 5 Corsair RAM NVIDIA RTX 3060 OC 12GB Graphics Card Samsung M.2 NVMe 970 Pro 512gb For OS and Apps Samsung M.2 NVMe 1TB For Storage NZXT Kraken 360 Water Cooler. And I’m editing Sony FX3 footage 10Bit basic color grade and no FX and the playback looks a bit laggy like if a bit of struggle visually but audio seems fine not sure if there is something or setting I’m doing wrong.

I'm wondering if you can help PLEASE !! .. Windows11 did a big update a few days ago, I then noticed animations in Davinci Res were stuttering & texts not as clear.. I went into NVIDIA & I saw DavRes is missing from the Games & Apps panel. For a few days when booting up my pc I would get a notification something to the effect of to allow Location to an app, sorry I can't remember the words exactly.. one was for NVIDIA to allow location, but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't do anything with it.. I followed your video hoping it would resolve the issue but it hasn't unfortunately.. I have tried googling this issue but unable to find an answer. I suspect it's the W11 update that has caused the issue, & allowing app permission of location.. It's like W11, DavResolve is not marrying up with Nvidia because I didn't allow location permission. But I don't know how to rectify this.. I'm wondering if you may help.. Thank you so much in advance 🙏
