If you have a low end pc you could yes, otherwise try other settings that suit your pc :)

@@SvenDesigns sorry just one question again, is that okay? if I select (Use stream code) in the video encoder section? because if I choose x264 I'm afraid my CPU will quickly be damaged if I use it

I believe that means that obs will redirect you to the streaming platform in question. But I do not know a lot about streaming with obs, I only do obs recording settings. What I do know is that yes, x264 isn't always the best choice and could provoque the encoding overloaded error specificly, so do watch if you have alternative options @@jhonyestamaloka
