The best thing you can put into your body would be Oxdexa is my opinion. Telomere support and free radical support or huge factors in anti-aging. There was also recently a 4 year double blind study done showing oxdexa to have significant anti-aging results.

I think Retin A is amazing! Even though I did not start it until I was almost 61, I can see a huge difference in my skin. I also also loving the IT Cosmetics Anti Aging Armour (SPF 50+). I can get by without foundation when I use it. The Argireline Serum has been very beneficial in reducing wrinkles. I need to check out the Rita Hazen Root Concealor. Excellent video, Angie. Blessings...MaryEllen

Angie, you are absolutely glowing! Your neck and complexion IS truly AGELESS. Thanks so much for all the product you went through for us in 2016, so we didn't have to! Also, on the Differin tip...you have me squealing! Can't wait to get it. Woo hoo. If I get my renova refill, would you recommend using both-rotate them? Or just stay with one? Golly so many other great points I want to comment on, I would have you here all day. Really a great condensed product portal. Thanks again Love! You are such an age defying treasure!

Great advice MSL5! I agree NEVER at the same time, but what about rotating? It would extend the pricey product A longer. Either way I am stoked to try Differin. My local stores are all stocked, but ice ice baby is in the way of me getting it. : (

B. Walker Oh yes! You can definitely rotate them easp if you are still struggling to use your Retin A every night (working your way up) because Differin is gentler, easier to work up to using every night.

I started using Botox in 2016 and I think it made a huge difference in my elevens. Also, I started using Drunk Elephant products and alternate with Sunday Riley good genes and Luna oil. My skin texture is greatly smoothed out and I'm thrilled with that. I'm almost 59 and feel I'm holding off the years the best I can. I use retin A about once a week now after having used it twice a week for over 6 months. Thanks for all the great info you share with us!

Differin is a FANTASTIC option for anybody that can't get Retin-A or can't afford it! I was in to see my derm 20 years ago & she prescribed Differin for blackheads but she mentioned, "You can also put that all over your face & it will helps with wrinkles/lines." I started then & used it religiously ever since and it TOTALLY works. Great news you can get it at Wal-Mart now! My daughter was prescribed for acne so I just used hers (cheaper w/insurance.) Recently picked up cheap Retin-A from Mexico & it works great but definitely harsher. Taking it very slow!

Please do a review on "iT Confidence in a cream" and i really need a recommendation for eye cream. I just turned 40 and man the wrinkles are very apparent all of a sudden. No matter what and primer foundation or powder i use it seems to show them more prominently. I have hooded eyes that are Super puffed in the morning when i di my make up 4am but by 11 am they have deflated and are all wrinkly. I have issues girl!

I just got IT's Confidence in a Cream so I'll be trying it in a bit… they're promoting a QVC TSV this saturday (in case you're interested)… I know what you mean about makeup accentuating the under eye wrinkles! I'm working on a solution but haven't found one yet. I don't use a separate eye cream, but if you want to use one, I'd use the CeraVe Skin Renewing Cream Serum. It's not an "eye cream" per se, but it contains a non-irritating retinol so it should help your eye area over time.

Love love what you're doing!! This is my fav subject! I'm a 60 year old woman and love trying to stay young with health, fitness and beauty regimes. Been using Retin-A 0.1% (prescription Tretinoin) for 30 plus years! It all started with horrible acne in my teens. Now I get a 40g tube in Mexico for around $30! Then they discovered it treats wrinkles! Yea!!! Now my skin is beautiful! Most people that I recommend it to can't keep it up because it is harsh, making the skin flaky. I tell them to get the lessor strength and/or apply it every other night. Then I exfoliate like crazy to force the "new" ski to come fourth. It speeds up the skin renewal process. Also I just started doing micro-needling. I think it is the same concept as a lazor treatment. Damaging the skin to produce new skin. One more thing I love to do is facial exercises or "facersize" It literally gives you natural high cheek bones and an eyebrow lift among other things if done correctly!

Sounds intriguing, what results have you seen specifically? Time frame to get those results? How many times a week do you do this? I just saw a video on the derma roller and would think that if you use it 3 times a week at night, you wouldn't want to use retin A those nights. I appreciate any information on this, thank you.

Angie, just to let your viewers know, my physician prescribed the retin a in 20 grams, I believe. Needless to say, it was expensive and not covered by insurance. Therefore, my beloved pharmacist split my tubes into 10 grams and I only paid 55$ which will last for at least half the year, if not more! Jut thought I would throw that in there. Much love as always to you and the great research you do for us!!💕

I discovered your channel during December last year. I really enjoy your videos. I am in my mid 40s and very lucky to have good (quality) skin. Intuitively I used a moisturizer with SpF15 for years and did not sun worship, even though I live in South Africa where it is sunny all year round. I finally started introducing active ingredients into my skincare routine in my early 40s. I started using Skinceuticals retinol 0.3 and how now bumped it up to 0.5. Last year I started using the Olay regenerist serum and have now replaced that with Obagi 10% vitamin C serum. It is pricey but Timeless is isn't available in South Africa. I alternate the retinol and vitamin C products with Environ C-Quence serum 1 and the C-Quence moisturizer. These are locally produced products with vitamins A and C. Since I have started using active ingredients I find that my Heliocare sunscreen pills when I apply it. I am thinking I might try some mineral sunscreens to see if these work better under makeup. I have recently bought the Revitabrow Advanced following your glowing review of the Revitalash Advanced. Thank you for informative videos.

I think I mentioned this on another video but I've had good success with Physicians formula eye boost eyeliner. I tried it for a year and loved it so I gave it to my sister. She noticed improvement in her lash fullness and length in 3-6 months. The tinted ones work better so I just use the black or brown daily at my eyelash root line under my eyeliner (or alone). No irritation at all for this contact wearer. May not be as dramatic as the ones you've tried but it's definitely less expensive. One eyeliner lasts me 6-9 months and it only costs $9 at Target.

In Mexico we do not need prescription for the cream and gel. It costs around 20 USD (it depends, of course, in the brand). For the roacutan, trevissage or similar you do need a prescription and it cost around 50 USD for 15 days.

Like you, I try to avoid a lot of chemicals in my sunscreen. A couple years back I discovered Walgreens "Clear Zinc" sunscreen - it's cheap (about $6 for an oz) and only uses Octocrylene and Zinc Oxide. If you haven't tried it, you should!

Hi Angie, It 2016 I started using It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream and OMG it's been the biggest positive change in my skin since adding Timeless serums in 2015. Love It Cosmetics products. Today I just ordered their TSV on QVC and will be getting their newest items, an eye cream and a solid serum, SPF 50 compact cream foundation. Hope to love them as well but would love to see you review more It Cosmetics skin care products. I have a feeling it's only a matter of time before they come out with some awesome body products. Vicki.

I've been using Epiduo for acne for several years now (best product for acne for me) and it contains adapalene, I didn't realize as I only put it where I have acne but at nearly 53 I don't have the ( ) lines from my nose to mouth. Don't remember what you call those lines. I've now started to put it on my frown lines which were a definite 11 (more like 111), they have decreased in size and depth but not totally gone.

For what it's worth, adapalene and tazorac didn't work for me, but tretinoin did. The former has _some_ research saying it's more effective while the latter has _significant_ research supporting greater tolerability. I suppose it's a trade-off depending on your preference.

Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity, intelligent research & content, and for generously sharing all of this information! I love your channel!!! Have you ever done a TCA peel? TCA peels have given me way better results for my hyper-pigmentation than the few IPL treatments that I have done. But I don't think TCAs are doing much for my wrinkles or sagging skin. TCAs are supposed to stimulate collagen, helping with the wrinkles and sagging too. I would love to know how TCA peels compare to fraxil laser for hyper-pigmentation and skin tightening.

I haven't gotten any peels, but I was considering a TCA peel a while ago. I talked to my dermatologist about it and she steered me toward the Fraxel Dual Laser that I got last January. It was much more expensive than a peel but she said to get the same result from a TCA peel you'd need to do several or make it really harsh in which case she was worried about burning the skin since it's harder to control the acid than a laser... she may just be a good sales person but I really liked the Fraxel & I'm thinking of having it done again this winter.

Thanks mom! In your 20s I recommend sunscreen every day, all year, rain or shine as #1, and a Vitamin C serum at night (I love Timeless & have a discount code hf5off for $5 off, see link in info. box). IMHO the early 30s is the time to start with Retin-A. Use it once a week and build up slowly over time to every night so you can continue to use it forever (taking breaks if you decide to have children). xo ~angie

Hi Angie, I have been using Retin-A cream for 20-years, 0.5 strength for the past 10. I contribute my skin looking as good as it does because of it. Did you see a difference between the 0.5 and 0.1 strength? If so, I will bump it up. I will be purchasing your neck combo and also the RevitaLash Advance. I am so happy to have found you.

Great video...You do look amazing! I use retin a and hate the peeling! I'm using it every other night but still have flaking. Also like the dysport better than botox. I've not used the Cerva products but may give them a try. Thanks for all the reviews you do for all of us!

I commented above, but I will go ahead and tell you the same...after 3 years on and off the retin-a, what I have found works best for the peeling/flaking is to use the product on clean DRY face and not to use ANY products after. No lotion, no oil etc. At first I could hardly stand how dry my face was but now it is soft and hydrated. I use serums and lotions in the morning after a good scrub with an old fashioned wash cloth. Honestly, I have some flaking now and then but no peeling. Good luck. Stay with it :)

I wish I could use retinoids and alpha hydroxy acids, but I can't. I have sensitive skin, went to my dermatologist, he said I couldn't use them, because they irritated my skin too much. My skin can only tolerate products for sensitive skin, so I don't know what I'm going to do for my anti aging needs. I'd love to try the differin, or other anti aging products, but time after time my skin gets reactive on them. He's got me on a rosacea topical, metrocream right now, and washing with cetaphil, and using cerave moisturizer. What's an older gal to do.
