I live in Houston Texas off of I-10 just down from Memorial Hospital. I am always hearing sirens 🚨 and life flight helicopters. My uncle is a life flight pilot who is a war veteran who was in the gulf war and Iraq war as well. I also have police officers in my family.

The red mini pumper is Booster 4 of Pampa Fire Department (Texas), the one after that of the tractor trailer is Tender 6 which is a giant water tanker truck. Belonging to Hoover Volunteer Fire Department, also Texas

They're called Buell horns, and each ambulance uses a different one dependent on department and stuff

Grover is a common brand/type of horn. The WOLO Fire Chief series sounds very similar and is quite a bit cheaper.
