Okay i hope no one will think i am crazy. I heard that enough times from my narcissistic ex who left me with two small children - at the time i was actually 20 weeks pregnant. It's all new to me . Be alone . Recognising abuse. Finally seeing how many red flags i ignored. I had set up a playlist and then it switched to that playlist... And the first song just made me cry so much... I have to let him go , i have to let go the past to move forward... I have to let myself go , accept what's to come even if I don't know . But it's the kind of music i was listening to before i met him 6 years ago and i stopped and listened to it i finally felt like myself for the first time in 6 months. Thank you

Yeh 💯 I’m so alone and loneliness continues suffocating me.. this music helps to let the tears come out from my lonely soul.. I wish I knew how to meet people again.. never had this issue b4.. lost in that crowd of emptiness, but I hear people.. they don’t even smile or say hello.. we used to be so much more caring.. where did all the beautiful people go… Just to have a friend who cared if I live or die.. would be everything right now..

Alone With Everybody. It's a feeling of exhaustion from interacting with the world sometimes. Also known as - the blues. In my humble opinion best music is written about that feeling.. The cure(also the band) is rock n roll, fresh air, philosophy journaling/songwritting. Anything that let's the feeling out of your system can help. Have a good one!

I used to hate that I got prescribed xanax, but today I was in my car. I was a little slowed down by xanax and watched the beautiful snowy scenery and how the sunset happened while listening to this Indie playlist. It was a really amazing and deep feeling.
