if i may say so it could be introduced little at a time first. diluted with formula.. gradually less and less of formula till baby can take avoc minus formula altogether....as with any other new foods....avoid diluting with sugar or sweetie milk otherwise they won't eat unless food is sweetened!!! they're are always so cute when they're first treading on new territory....expressions so candid, so PRICELESS....

I get the feeling most of the people commenting on the "cruelty" of these parents have no children of their own. Avocados are in fact a great food for not only adults, but babies as well. Offering much nutrition an texture palatable. These children like many others have foods they like and dislike. Im sure all those calling this cruel were fed lemons and such sour foods by their parents when they were babies, just so they can see their reaction, does that make your parent cruel?? I saw no child gagging or choking in this video, only that they made facial expressions showing their disapproval of the fruit...

Avocados contain more than 20 vitamins and minerals, have more potassium than bananas, and avocados are high in fat (specifically healthy fats). They also contain DHA which is good for infant development. My baby loves it but it's not a like for every baby. We prefer to have avocados mixed with other stuff though not alone

They do have a slight bitter taste. but if these babies have had premade jar food before trying this they are expecting loads of sugar. this is why making your own baby food is the best thing you can do for your child. after babies eat jar food for so long their new favorite vegetable will be french fries which technically arent vegetables. jarred food is a good way to develop a babies pallet to crave junk food. avocados are a good choice. This is why so many young children dont wanna eat their greens. they are used to having 10 grams of sugar with their veggies. that is what their palate is ready for.

These next level of food it's not really welcomed for most babies. I interviewed one of the babies here's what he has to say: So baby what's your take on this new food entering your mouth?
