Re the cabinet, I don't know of that option exists in the UK but you can try to contest the credit card charge for the courrier company for services not rendered directly with your bank, and report the scam. Unfortunately it will not resolve the cabinet delivery issue, but at least you could recoup some of the loss. Also recommend trying to contact
