Tune in to my latest video on chop training using a newer producted called, The Chop Handle. Here I discuss how to maximize results with some of the best chop exercises that can increase core strength for increased rotational strength and power, in other words, increased core strength and athleticism. I also show and discuss some unique variations and rehab applications, putting somewhat of a different spin on traditional chopping exercises. Lastly, I show how this can be done with the Chop Handle by Whatsthatstrap, which I am not affiliated with, though I have been incorporating and enjoying in my own workouts due to it's better leveraged two handle design.
