My opinion is no, because not everyone knows how to tie a head scarf. To me a hat is defined by how it takes basically a single motion or two to put on your head no matter what. But like. I don’t know how to wrap a headscarf! I would be stumbling for multiple minutes, and possibly a KZbin tutorial if someone told me to put one on. Though now that I’m thinking about it maybe the sport hijabs could be considered by this definition since I think you just slip those on. Again! I dunno, this is just my opinion on this, and you’re free to disagree and explain why!
