Gavin played a great game despite him not having much airtime. He did play the full 39 days but with Edge of extinction in play this season, it kind of ruined the formality of the show. He orchestrated a lot. The Aubry vote, the Eric vote, the Wardog vote, and manipulated Devens to play his idol for him.

The jury often times vote for whoever they like most (not who played the best game) and with Chris spending so much time with the jury outside of the game it gave Gavin no chance to realistically get their votes when Chris did everything they told him to do and had so much time to make relationships without having to vote them out.

I don't think she was bitter towards Gavin. She said postgame that if Gavin had given her something worth noting at tribal she would have voted for him and unfortunately he didn't. So she voted for Chris because Gavin didn't give her what she wanted to hear out of him, it had nothing to do with her losing Kaoh Ring

Gavin had all the tools and history to win the game he just didn’t properly portray them in the end it’s like he forgot everything he did during the show it would have been nice to see or be good to know that Gavin really drove home everything he did but during the voting he seemed vague about everything he did so when Chris came in and pulled a great move he won most people over it was a great move a game winning move probably not
