As a trucker Alex, you did a few things that were not safe. You didnt allow more following distance for the vehicle ahead of you. If u had tou might have seen the headlights of oncoming traffic. Also you were distracted by the radio.

I hated hippeux but it actually made the game a little more interesting. I gave him a fedora and a wizard hat, a konnichiwa t shirt, changed his catch phrase to m'lady, put some coprolite (dinosaur poop) on his lawn, put an oil barrel, campfire, and fan next to his house, and gifted him furniture customized with hatsune miku and my little pony designs. Passive aggressively trolling him and making him into the gross nerd he wants to be was an experience I've never had in Animal Crossing before and it was actually fun doing it lol. He coincidentally had a conversation about j-pop with another villager at one point. He left today, but not before infecting my favorite villager Vic the viking bull with the m'lady catchphrase...

First off, misleading title. Second, Hippeux is actually pretty awesome, if you like characters that encourage other islanders. He is like a positive fabulous version of Major Winchester on MASH. After Gayle, he is my favorite.
