The happiness that is once given to you at tiny moments throughout the day, is beautiful if we notice it. But we mostly notice the high rise emotions of anxiety or sadness, anger. These emotions have high value once you learn to accept it to yourself and handle them. Sometimes your emotions are telling you something. Something I’ve learned when it comes to happiness, if you give yourself 5 minutes to happiness, if it’s opening the door for an old lady, 4 seconds of happiness right there…or, buying yourself some flowers, 10 seconds of happiness, or, having a fresh warm meal feeling grateful, 3 minutes of happiness. Every day, give yourself a goal to reach at least 5 minutes of happiness to your little moments that you value in your life ❤️ remember, you also make others around you happy. My best friend died, when I was 8, he was almost 9. The second melody really brings it all back, but a week goes by I don’t think what he’d be like now. I’m now 28 and lived through a portion of life I wish I could share with him. Seeing him pass on, seeing him in my dream the night he died. Hit by a car that night he was meant to come over for a sleepover, his mum phoning and me answering asking where he was… I’ll never forget to that night. Music is a beautiful thing.
