"on any decent rp server" NP is literally the pinnacle and the gold standard of rp. While Buddah was driving away with a hostage they opened fire on the chasing cops before even making any demands, at the point of them opening fire on the cops all bets should have been off and Angel for once didnt do a questionable thing, it was completely acceptable and Buddah and Denzel are in the wrong for just opening fire with the hostage in the car without making any sort of demand for them to not follow.

Buddha group shot first. No other Cop bothered to end the RP except Angel. Also Angel is in the clip not shooting them. But as soon as they are all in the car this he-bitch decided to ram them and shoot. At this point he needs to be kicked from the server. Angel did what HC wants as a Cop. But RP over Rule play is non-existent in this dude. No value of life. HC has no value of life. Honestly if a soon to be hostage said, "May as well shoot me now before Cops shoot me." I would understand as the kidnapper.
