I don't understand how people mistake Brian and Seán's voices. They don't sound the same to me... Am I missing something?

Brian grew up in Dublin, and Seán in County Offaly, which is reasonably close - closer than the rest of them at least. So I'd say they have the least distinctive accents compared to the rest of them. I tend to find it easy to tell them apart, but every so often it'll take me a couple of rewatches to figure out who said a specific thing, especially if they're all talking over each other. I'd imagine it would also be harder for people who hadn't watched either of them before finding the Irish Lads - For example I started watching Seán before finding the Irish Lads, so before I learned names I could recognise Brian as "Not Seán and not the rest of them" ...Welp, this comment went on longer than I thought it would 😅

Dearest Lona, I thank thee highly for your rappid response. I was happily re-watching your most enjoyable videos of Irish lads and it come to my realisation that Dan Villain did shared his photo when he was crowned "a drift king" to which my inner child cried that despite his much more know titles like "drift daddy and all his chicks" as well as "drift me daddy" slogans his photo never received a proper follow up matching his title. I'm not the most creative of bunch, but I though of a more "him advertising" in so called "lady clubs" which I understand to be a variation of strip club aimed for woman.
