She was so perfect in this role. It was written for her. She can do dramatic, sensitive, insensitive and can relate her crazy stories so well. The other SNL lady was great but she's didn't suit the character. Only Jane can b funny and dramatic all at the same time. The SNL lady was just sarcastic. It would have been more of a webseries if the SNL lady continued. The show would have tanked. And Alec is amazing so u need someone as imperfectly perfect as Alec.
