Get a weapon, the world is full on Anarchy at that point, so it would be easy to acquire one. And also at the point of a zombie apocalypse I don't even think I would want to be alive, I mean what's the point? I watched this over and over again all summer after I started parkour, I would watch this, go outside, realize I could barely do any parkour and I didn’t even have rocks to jump on so I came back in and watched this again, still 2 years later I can’t do a lot of this stuff!

A good way to lose weight is to practice parkour. I think the best place to start though is conditioning exercises and stretching; this way you'll get stronger and lessen the possibility of injury.

Ali İleri where to start depends on your current level of fitness. If you're already an active person and consider yourself in shape, search parkour for beginners on KZbin. But I stand by conditioning exercises as a prerequisite. Pushups, pullups, core exercises like planks and hollow body holds, and squats and calf raises are good exercises in my opinion. You should warm up before conditioning with movements like jumping jacks or sprints(something to get the heart beating and the blood flowing) and I recommend that you stretch after your conditioning. Oh, and drink water n_n .
